Sorry I’ve been quiet and didn’t post last week but I have some super exciting news…
I’ve signed a two-book deal with Harper Collins’ digital imprint HQ Digital UK (@HQDigitalUK).
I honestly could not be more excited. My first book will be published in September 2018 and the second one in 2019 and it has been completely life changing for me. I’ve achieved a lifelong ambition!
Since I was a little girl I’ve wanted to be a writer. In my twenties I read Wendy Holden novels and wished it was my name on the cover and my words on the page. But more than that, I wanted to make people feel the way I felt when I read her books – that I was deeply involved in another life, another world. It was such a joyous feeling of escape and one that I wanted to emulate. I’m not saying I’m anywhere near as good as Wendy Holden, but if one person enjoys my book and feels they’ve had a little escape from everyday troubles, I’ll be the happiest girl alive!
