Literary gifts for the writer (or reader) in your life!

L
My debut novel The Little Theatre on the Seafront is out now on Amazon and Kobo .

You can keep your expensive designer gear, you can keep your flowers and boxes of chocolates (okay, maybe not the chocolates), and you can even keep your fancy handbags, but the one thing I am a total sucker for is a literary gift.

If ever my husband is struggling to find me something for my birthday, or for Christmas, I always point him in the direction of somewhere like The Literary Gift Company or Literary Emporium.

The gifts on here are amazing for someone who loves books, reading and writing! My favourites are the notebooks and the prints and I even buy things like the cufflinks for my husband. To be honest, I could spend far more money than I actually have at these places, but the next time you’re stuck for a gift for someone, I’d definitely suggest checking these guys out and seeing what they have.

You can find them here:

Have you got any go-to places I should check out? Let me know in the comments!

The first thing you need to know about me is, I like gin. Lots and lots of gin.
I live in the South East of England in a lovely little town by the sea and spend my time working, running around after my kids, walking our King Charles Spaniel, Wotsit, and writing!

I love history and have a Master’s degree, but have also been lucky enough to work in various castles and museums over the years. I’ve yet to get one of them into a story though – I really must try harder!
